What are the times for CheckIn & CheckOut?
Check-in to our rooms is possible daily between 3 and 8 pm. For a later departure please call us in time. Check-out must be completed by 10 a.m.
Do you have parking spaces on site?
Yes. We have 20 parking spaces at the main house for our guests. The cost per day is 5€.
How do I book appointments at SilvaSpa?
The booking can be made via e-mail, the inquiry form or by phone.
Can I also book half board on site?
Half board can be booked on site for 39,00 € p.P. per day
Are there any advantages for direct bookers?
1 bottle of water on arrival in room & free use of the sauna, as well as best price
How far do I walk to the Müritz?
Distance to Müritz approx. 60m / 5 min to walk
Can travel groups also check in at your house?
We will be happy to make you an offer for larger groups on request.
How far is it from the hotel to the old town of Waren (Müritz)?
It is 2km from us to the old town
Can I charge my car at the hotel?
Yes, we have a wallbox with charging option for 2 cars (chargeable).
Can I safely store my bikes?
Yes, we have modern lockable bicycle garages.
Can I charge my e-bike?
An e-bike charging station is located outside the house next to the bicycle garages (for a fee).
